情商与领导力刍议

摘    要:情商指情绪、情感智力的高低,它与领导力(领导能力)之间的关系,越来越被世界各国不同领域的专家们所重视,成为现代社会的一个热门话题。世界进入21世纪后,那种完全靠权力为主要力量,并通过权力进行控制、指挥、协调来体现能力的时代已经不复存在,则转而强调情感领导、魅力领导。领导者对其下属的影响力的来源主要的不是靠权力,而是情感,靠以高尚的情感鼓励人、激励人,这是文明时代的民主领导的主要力量。

Abstract:Sensibility quotient refers to the Ievels of emotions and sensibilities. Its relationship with the levels of leadership has become a hot topic in the modern society and is drawing the attention of more and more experts in various fields of different countries of the world. The time when leadership relied mainly on power to exercise control and command is no longer in existence in the new century when leadership is featured in sensi-bility and fascination. The leader's influence on his underlings originates from sensibility instead of power. To inspire people with a noble sensibility features the democratic leadership in the civilized age.
