| Abstract: | It is essential and consensual to practice academic diplomas and qualification certificate(Dual Certificates) policy in higher vocational education.To analyze and research several relationships about practicing dual certificates in higher vocational colleges,we should combine with the reality of dual certificates education to make a reference in the hope of favorably and effectively implementing Dual Certificates policy. |
