| 摘 要： | 新时期的职业教育发展对教师队伍素质提出了更高的要求。职业教育的特点决定了教师应兼具有广博的文化知识和较强的实践技能和教学能力。从遵义市中职教育存在的问题来看,解决好师资队伍的建设是发展职业教育的关键。

| Abstract: | The vocational education of the new times sets much higher requirements of quality for teaching staff of vocational education,vocational education itself is characterized with that the teacher must have extensive cultural knowledge,practical skills,teaching abilities as well.viewing the problems existing in Zunyi vocational education,we must find the key-constructing the teaching staff to develop vcational education. |
