| Abstract: | Under the new situation, university teachers ideological and political work of university has been challenged. It is very urgent to make innovations in university ideological and political work. Those who work on university teachers' ideological and political education need to establish to new ideas, adopt new methods, and try to form new working machanism and work pattern to get favorable working situations. In so doing, teachers' ideological and political work will make progress in innovation, and innovation in progress. |
