小议中试型高校科技企业的发展

高校发展科技企业是高等教育职能扩展与完善的必然结果，是我国实施科教兴国战略和“发展高科技，实现产业化”战略的客观要求。对促进我国经济发展和高校自身的良好发展都具有重要意义。鉴于高校办企业的实际困难和各种障碍。提出今后我国高校兴办中试型科技企业的一些设想，以此探索出一条扬长避短的兴办科技企业之路，使高校既能承担起应有的社会使命又可以使自身更好地发展。

The development of university-affiliated scientific and technological enterprises is the inevitable result of extendibility of the function as instruction in universities,and also is the objective request of developing China with science and education,and it has important significance in promoting the development of China's economy and also universities.Because of the difficulties and shortages in university-affiliated scientific and technological enterprises,then advances some exploration and practice for the development in the experimental university-affiliated scientific and technological enterprises in China,and takes that as the developing direction in the future to achieve the win-win situation among the social mission of university and the development of the university.
