高校要成为中国先进文化建设和传播的重要阵地

江泽民在“三个代表”重要思想中 ,对中国共产党代表中国先进文化的前进方向作了精辟论述 ,为党在新世纪建设中国政治文化指明了方向。高校有着传播和发扬马克思主义文化的优良传统 ,是中国先进文化建设、研究、传播的重要阵地。高校在网络文化及社会亚文化的冲击下 ,作为主流的政治文化日渐受浸淫 ,应引起足够的重视。加强对高校政治文化的建设 ,对继承、建设、发扬和传播中国先进文化具有重大的现实意义。

On the Role of China's Institutions of Higher Learning in Constructing and Disseminating China's Advanced Culture

The "three represents"principle put forward by President Jiang Zemin emphasizes that the Communist Party of China should represent the orientation of the nation's advanced culture.The principle guides the party in constructing the nation's political culture in the new century.The author of this paper points out that China's institutions of higher learning have long been the basis for teaching and disseminating Marxism,and for constructing,studying and disseminating the nation's advanced culture but that the surging network culture and social subculture have an undermining impact on the mainstream political culture in China's institutions of higher learning,which should not be ignored.The author ho lds that with a view to inheriting,constructing,enhancing and disseminating the nation's advanced culture,emphasis should be put on the construction of political culture in China's institutions of higher learning.
