艺术史研究的普遍性与特殊性

艺术史研究作为历史学科的一个特殊分支,长期以来形成了自身固有的研究范式,取得了一定的进步。但是,在过于关注自身研究材料和方法特殊性的同时,忽略了它作为历史研究的普遍性特征,尤其是不能从现代历史学理论中吸收优秀的研究方法,缺乏艺术史原初的融汇能力。艺术史的研究应建立在普遍性与特殊性相结合的基准点上。

The Universality and Particularity in Art History Study

Art history study,as a branch of general history,has shaped an inherent pattern for long periods,and made some progress.But when art history paid more attention to it's particularity,the universality of history was ignored,especially the study of art history couldn't absorb excellent methods from modern history theory,nor apply it to its own approach.So the art history study needs to be based on the combination of universality and particularity.
