| 摘 要： | 受全球金融危机的影响,大学生的就业成为难题,也成为社会关注的焦点,高职学生的就业更受到了严重影响,重点关注高职学生在求职过程中所表现出的一些自身问题、主观问题,通过深入分析高职学生在就业过程中所表现出来的一些问题的内因,提出了一系列针对性建议,试图找到一些解决方案来促进高职学生的就业。

| Abstract: | Because of the influence of global financial crisis,the employment of university students,especially the employment of vocational college students,has become a problem and the focus of the society.By focusing on vocational college students' self and subjective problems in applying for jobs and analyzing their internal causes,this paper puts forward a series of pertinent suggestions,trying to find out solutions to promote the employment of vocational college students. |
