家庭德育教育中存在的问题及解决途径

家长重智轻德、忽视对子女进行良好习惯养成教育、排斥美德教育、过分依赖学校教育是目前家庭德育教育中存在的严重问题。就当今社会而言,家庭德育教育应包括养成教育、感恩教育、劳动教育、挫折教育、品德教育、合作精神等内容。"以身作则,榜样引领;细处着眼,因势利导;严爱结合,奖罚并用;家庭和谐,民主平等;家校配合,相互促进"是实施家庭德育教育的有效途径。

On the Problems Existing in Family Virtual Education and the Effective Ways of Implementation

There are some crucial problems in family virtual education at present,which are as follows： parents＇ attaching importance to intelligence and neglecting virtual education;neglecting cultivating children＇s good behavioral habits;repelling virtual education, and depending excessively on school education.As far as the present society is concerned ,family education should include such contents as cultivation education, gratitude education,labor education,frustration education,morality education and team spirit.The effective ways of implementing family virtual education provided by the paper are as follows： setting an example by actions, leading by the example,focusing on details,guiding actions in the light of the general trend, integrating strictness with affection,using both reward and punishment,providing domestic harmony,offering democratic equality, and promoting each other through family-school cooperation.
