| 摘 要： | 根据企业自主创新能力的内涵,参照国家统计局(2005)从技术创新能力角度提出的企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,遵循评价指标选取原则,构建西部地区高技术产业自主创新能力评价初始指标体系;运用粗糙集属性约简遗传算法对初始指标进行约简,剔除冗余指标,获得约简后的评价指标体系,从而为后续评价工作奠定基础.
