| Abstract: | General Yongtai(in Ningde,Fujian) town planning was revised in the perspective of scientific development.The revision was guided by the idea of "coordinating the town and villages,balancing the districts,keeping sustainable development with features,ensuring fairness and safety,and economizing resources." The guidelines,key parts of revision and safeguard measures were explored. |
