| Abstract: | Based on the expansion and renovation project of a company, the paper illustrates the importance of cost of construction in the phases of both design and construction, analyzes its relation with the phase of design. Some suggestions are presented to raise administrative level of cost construction and to achieve best investment benefit by application of value engineering principle. |
