当代中西方道德教育复兴的社会动因比较

道德教育于20世纪70年代末在西方主要发达国家和中国同时被重新重视和呈现复兴趋势,虽然表现形式各种各样,但都有着深刻的社会原因。当代中国道德教育复兴的主要社会动因是社会发展和国际形势发展的需要,是适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要和培养社会主义新人的需要。西方主要发达国家道德教育复兴的社会动因是人们的物质生活与精神生活之间的冲突愈加明显,社会道德问题频发使道德教育面临严重危机,同时人们受历史文化传统影响和教育改革内在需要的驱动。我国对道德教育改革应该从现实出发,制定长远计划,将行政权和学术权逐渐分开,创设宽松的研究氛围,加强道德教育基础理论研究,从而进一步提高我国道德教育在新时期的发展水平和促进人们道德素质的健康发展。
