| 摘 要： | 健身气功·五禽戏是中国武术、中国传统文化、中国养生文化的一个组成部分,一个缩影。文章从文化的视角出发,对健身气功·五禽戏在图腾、审美、功效等方面的多元性进行探索。结论是：熊经鸟伸、导引图、华佗五禽戏、阴阳五行学说等为健身气功.五禽戏的创编奠定了多层基础;健身气功.五禽戏中映射出虎、鹿、熊、猿、鸟的多样性图腾;展现出其动态美、意境美、和谐美等多重审美意向;有养、养性、养身、养心、养气等多方面的功效。

| Abstract: | The Health Qigong Wuqinxi is a microcosm and an integral part of Chinese martial arts,traditional culture,healthy culture.This paper attempts to proceed from a cultural perspective to explore the diversity of the Health Qigong Wuqinxi in the basis of totem,aesthetics,efficiency,and so on.It is the Health Qigong Wuqinxi has a multi-layer basis,many totems,multiple aesthetics,a lot of efficiency. |
