Abstract: | Community‐based programming (CBP) is a model that provides a means for organizations such as community and technical colleges to address the critical issues of our time. Coalitions, made up of diverse individuals, groups, and organizations, are central to the effectiveness of CBP. This article illustrates the use of practical group work concepts for the effective work of coalitions. |
