| Abstract: | In order to consolidate the governance, the feudal rulers always took the measures of relieving the victims insuccessive dynasties, generally all when natural calamities took place. But it was not the real reason for Liu's Song regimeto issue a large number of imperial edicts to relieve its people and took the corresponding measures. |
