| 摘 要： | 抗战爆发后,牺盟会在晋东南地区以三种方式对阎锡山的旧地方政权进行了改造,从而以1938年6月底7月初戎子和就任第五专署行政主任为标志,完成了晋东南抗日根据地的初步创建工作,为共产党在晋东南的成功奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | With the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War,Xi Meng Hui began the reform of the old local government by Yan Xishan in Jindongnan areas in three ways.As a result,the new local government by Rong Zihe was founded at the end of June,1938,which laid a solid foundation for the CPC' success in Jindongnan areas. |
