摘    要:TRIZ是一种重要的创新设计方法。拟针对刨花板生产线喷雾式连续拌胶机雾化程度不好、拌胶机故障率高等问题进行时间轴和因果轴分析,建立功能模型,找出存在的技术矛盾,通过查找矛盾矩阵表,并运用TRIZ理论的创新原理解决矛盾,最后应用Pro/Innovator计算机辅助创新平台建立喷雾式连续拌胶机施胶模型,得到改进的喷雾式连续拌胶机的创新设计方案。

Abstract:TRIZ is an important innovative designing method.The paper has the problems of inferior atomization and high failure rate of glue mixing machine to the continuous atomizing glue mixing machine system for particleboard production line as focus,and finds out the technical cause of the existing problems by implement timeline/cause-and-effect axis analyses and construct functional model.By consulting the contradictions matrix and exercising the innovative theories of TRIZ,the authors finally setup a model for the continuous atomizing glue mixing machine on the platform of Pro/Innovator and developed an innovative designing plan for the improved continuous atomizing glue mixing machine.
