探索校企结合的职工英语培训的教学模式

随着全球经济一体化的进程，我国石油行业“走出去”的战略思想日益明确和深入，国内大型石油企业不断拓展海外市场，因而他们对员工英语培训的要求日益迫切。文章从目前针对企业职工英语培训现状和存在问题出发，就学校应如何构建一套务实有效的校企结合的职工英语培训教学模式进行了探讨，内容涵盖培训教学模式建立的依据、特点和具体做法等。

Seeking teaching method in English training for workers by means of cooperation between colleges and enterprises

The global integrated economy accelerate and deepen the strategic idea of ＂Going a- broad＂ for oil industry in our country and domestic large oil enterprises have urgent need for English training to their workers due to the ever increased development of overseas market. It is discussed herein how to establish a practical and effective teaching mode for workers in English training by means of co- operation between colleges and enterprises from the viewpoint of present situation and existed problems in English training for workers in enterprises. It includes the reference, characters and practice in details, etc. about teaching mode in training.
