| 摘 要： | 长江职业学院是湖北省第一所全日制民办高校,其办学理念是弥补人才断档,坚持平民教育,倡导“根雕教育艺术”和“舟车教育艺术”;其教育模式是：研究国情,创立“连体-立交-联合”模式;研究生情,创立“四全-两发-三突出”模式;研究教情,创立“因材施教-五注重-三结合”模式;研究校情,创立“精干-灵活-高效”的管理模式。

| Abstract: | Changjiang Vocational College is the first full-time civilian-run school in Hubei province.Its school-running idea is:remedying the shortage of people the society needs;adhering to popular education;advocating "tree-root carving educational art" and "vessel and vehicle educational art".Its educational mode is:setting up "linking body,over-passing and combining" mode by studying the state circumstance;establishing "four-whole,two-start and three-project" mode by studying the student condition;setting up "educating students according to their aptitude,five-attention and three-in-one combination" mode by studying the teaching condition;establishing "capable,vivid and high effective" administrative mode by studying the school condition. |
