| Abstract: | In this paper, an event of research misconduct is described. Schn,the employee of Bell Labs, had engaged in scientific misconduct by falsifying and fabricating experimental data between 1998 and 2001. The lessons from Schn event and relevant countermeasures are also discussed. |
