| 摘 要： | 教师角色转换是当今教育改革的核心,它既是教育教学改革的重要内容,同时也是教育教学改革的必要条件。促使教师角色转换的原因是多方面的,教师、学生、教育内容与教育物资是教育的三个基本要素,学生的多元化、教育内容的变化以及教育物资的发展是教师角色转换的重要原因。

| Abstract: | The change of teacher's role is the key of educational reform. It is not only the essential content but also the necessary condition of educational reform. The multiplicity of students, the change of educational content and the development of educational material are the important reasons which lead to teacher's role change. |
