农技站加协会模式促进科技入户促进农民增收浅谈

客观分析入世后我国、我省基层农技推广面临的新形势,面对全省乃至全国农村涌现的数百万个农民专业协会(或合作社),在“行政推广”日趋乏力的情况下,乡镇(或区域)农技站如何加强专群(指农协会)结合,相互溢彰, 共同发展,是新形势的新课题。本文简要小结老庙农技站十多年探索“农技站加协会模式”的历程和体会,但愿起到抛砖引玉之效。

Improving Mode of "Agrotechnical Station Plus Professional Associations" To Make Science and Technique Step into Peasant Households and Get Better Income

The new situation of the agricultural technique popularization on the grassroots level of Shaanxi Province after the entry of WTO is analyzed objectively. Under the circumstances of the fading of "the administrative promotion" and emergence of millions of farmers professional associations in the rural areas in Shaanxi Province and even across China, it is a new subject for the agricultural technique stations in the villages and towns to think how to strengthen the combination of the station mentioned above and the mass to push the co-development. A summary of the experiences of more than ten years of Laorniao agricultural technique station is made, which is "the mode of the station plus the professional associations "and hopes to provide reference for the others.
