基于视觉测量激光焊接复杂焊缝跟踪控制

摘    要:为实现激光焊接复杂焊缝的精确跟踪,利用视觉传感器,构建了拼接焊缝的测量系统,给出了测量计算焊缝中心线、宽度及曲面法矢信息的方法,给出了测量坐标系到摄像机坐标系的变换关系,规划了焊枪行走路径。并且进行了复杂焊缝的跟踪实验。实验表明,研究的基于视觉测量激光焊接复杂焊缝跟踪控制系统,能够满足三维激光焊接的跟踪控制要求。

Abstract:In this paper, a visual measurement system is developed to accurately track complex seam of butt weld in the process of laser welding. Constructed by vision sensors, the system is capable to measure and calculate the seam centre line, width and normal vector. It also provides a method to transform measurement coordinate system to the camera coordinate system and optimize welding path. In this study, an experiment of tracking complex weld seam has been performed in butt laser welding. The experimental result indicates that the developed visual measurement system is able to meet the requirements of tracking control of 3-D laser welding.
