团体心理咨询在大一新生入学适应中的应用

随着高等教育的普及化，能够进入高校学习的学生群体的范围也逐渐扩大。如何让这些大一新生在入学后尽快适应学校的生活和学习，目前已经成为高校心理健康教育工作中一项不可忽视的任务。团体心理咨询是在团体情境中，按照设计好的活动程序，通过团体成员的共同参与及相互之间的互动过程，从而达到既定目的的一种心理咨询方式。实践证明将团体心理咨询用在大一新生入学适应的教育过程中，效果较好。

Application of Group Counseling in Freshman Admission Adaptation

With the popularization of higher education, range of groups of students able to enter institutions of higher learning has gradually expanded. How to make these freshmen learn to adapt as soon as possible after admission has become a task which cannot be ignored in the education of college mental health. Group counseling is a designed activity program in a group situation, in accordance with the joint participation by the members of the group and the interaction, so as to achieve the stated purpose. Practice has proved that the group counseling in freshman admission to adapt to the educational process has better effect.
