| 摘 要： | 大学生就业能力的培养是当前高校学生工作的重要组成部分,提高大学生就业能力是缓解大学毕业生就业难现象的重要方法。文章立足于SWOT理论视角,系统分析大学生就业能力的基本特征,阐述大学生在就业问题上的优势和劣势,探讨大学生就业能力培养的方法和策略,最终落脚于就业能力的培养对促进大学生的就业所具有重要的价值和意义。

| Abstract: | The development of college students＇ employment ability is an important part of work in colleges. Focus on improving students＇ employment ability is an important way to ease the difficult employment of college graduates. Based on the SWOT theoretical perspective, the article analyzes the basic characteristics of college students＇ employment ability, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the college students in the employment issue, as well as explores the methods and strategies to achieve the employment of university students. In the end, it concludes that employment ability culture has an important value and significance to promote the employment of university students. |
