| 摘 要： | 独立学院作为一种新的办学模式，在现阶段的我国有广阔的发展空间。本文介绍了独立学院的举办形式及其发展环境，分析了公办大学创办独立学院对自身发展的意义、产生的多重效益、现实可能性及其可能面临的种种风险等，认为必须高度重视，并在法律和监管两个层面采取防范措施。
