| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员发展工作中,学习成绩该不该作为党员发展的必备条件,学习成绩如何在党员发展中加以科学体现,一直为高校党组织和广大入党积极分子所关注。实践表明,部分高校对积极分子学习成绩进行排名比例设限造成了党员素质失衡、男女构成失调、积极分子信心失却等负面效应。在学生党员发展工作上应以宏大的政治气魄和战略远见来审视大学生党建工作;应以科学的思想方法正确把握大学生党员发展中的成绩因素;应以严谨求实的作风扎实推进学生党建工作。
