计算机专业本科生三阶段能力培养体系的改革与实践

随着信息技术的快速发展和我国各行各业对计算机专业人才需求的变化.各高校必须对计算机专业本科生培养体系进行改革.为此,提出了计算机本科生的三阶段能力培养体系方案,即本科低年级要求学生夯实数理基础,提高学习能力,培养学生的程序设计能力;三年级要求学生扎实专业基础,并通过大型课程设计培养学生的系统设计能力;四年级通过企业互动进行实习和毕业设计,培养学生的实际工作能力.此方案通过三年实践,近两年学生考上研究生比率提高了60%,考证通过率提高60%以上,毕业就业率保持在95%以上.

The Reform and Practice of the 3-Stage System for Fostering the Abilities of Undergraduates Majoring in Computer Science

With the rapid development of the information technology,and the change of the need for various computer-science majors in all walks of life,we must carry out in universities a system reform in fostering the abilities of undergraduates majoring in computer science,because of which we suggest a 3-stage system,namely,in the first 2 school years students should lay a solid foundation in the basics of mathematics and physics,raise their learning ability,and cultivate their abilities in designing programs;in the third school year,they should have a solid foundation in their major and cultivate their system designing ability by means of mass curriculum designing;and in the last school year,they should develop the practical working ability by fully interacting with enterprises in practice and graduation projects.After 3 years of the implementation of the system,the rate of computer-science majors passing postgraduate tests has been promoted 60%,the rate of certificate acquiring has been promoted to 60%,and the graduates' employment is kept at 95%.
