| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法逻辑分析等方法,阐述了新规则对发球技术的作用与影响,分析了每球得分制与胜负偶然性的关系,提出了提高发球的技术质量的新要求,并利用发球线的宽度和深度,加强发球的攻击性,提高发球路线和落点的准确性等。

| Abstract: | By means of documentation and logical analysis, the author explains the technical impact of the new regulations on serving and analyses the relation between arbitary result. Thus, fresh requirement is drawn for the quality of serving that the agressiveness of serving be enhanced by serving and landing more exactly through variation in depth and width of serving. |
