| 摘 要： | 新疆兵团原有的“行政主导型”的传统模式暴露出了其固有的弊端，在分析兵团农业科技扶贫存在的主要问题的基础上，依据重构原则提出了兵团农业科技扶贫新型模式：行政主导＋非政府组织参与的科技综合扶贫开发模式。

| Abstract: | We have found some problems in the former agricultural technology-oriented poverty reduction mode of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC),thereby,on the basis of analyse the problems in XPCC,we come up with the new mode of agricultural technology-oriented poverty reduction that better suits XPCC economic development-the developmental mode of technology-oriented poverty reduction led by government and assisted by non-governmental organizations. |
