| 摘 要： | 从构建社会主义和谐社会的目标出发,关注教育公平,推动教育的均衡发展无疑是十分重要的。从我国教育的现状来看,教育发展不均衡已是相当凸显的问题,因此必须从资金、制度等方面采取强有力的、综合性的策略来改变这一局面。

| Abstract: | Based on the purpose of building a socialist and harmonious society, it is very important to pay close attention to educational equity and carry forward the balanced development of education. The unbalanced development of education has been an outstanding problem in the light of the present condition of our country's education. Thus, it is necessary to adopt resolute and comprehensive tactics in capital and sysyem to change this situation. |
