| Abstract: | technology competition depends on the investment of knowledge and skills, which eventually hinges on talents competi- tion. The cooperation of industry, academe and research is the inevitable trend for enhancing talents＇ comprehensive qualities to adjust 1o scientific integration. China has been making constructive attempts at varying levels, esp. in talents training mechanism, to cooperate industry, academe and research. The focus of China＇ s economic development in the 21 st century lies in the circum-Bei- jing economic rim and Langfang, with its advantageous geographical position, should set its priority on enhancing its scientific competiveness by means of talents training through the cooperation of industry, academe and research. |
