| 摘 要： | 对目前的高校旅游管理专业教学管理存在问题和原因进行了分析,提出“梯层式”管理模式,论述了“梯层式”管理模式方案的指导思想、原则、总体目标和发展思路。阐述了旅游管理专业“梯层式”管理模式的基本框架,并提出激励、保障、约束和监督等运行机制以保障良性运行。

| Abstract: | This paper will analyse issues and reasons of educational management in the speciality of tourism managment of university at present,and bring forward managing pattern of grade.Describ directive thought,principle,principal goal and developmental thinking of the program of managing pattern of grade.Expound fundamental frame of managing pattern of grade in the speciality of tourism management,thus putting forward inspiration,security,bounding and supervisory mechanism to ensure sound operation. |
