| 摘 要： | 高校学风建设难的问题存在多方面的原因。在实际管理工作中应从校情入手,在制度上加以规范,在政策上加以引导,在环境上加以营造,形成学生愿意学习、想学习、爱学习的良好氛围,使学生把主要精力放到学习上来,达到一种良性的循环。

| Abstract: | There're various matters in building the style of study of the university.In practice,we should start with the fact of the university,establishing the exact regulations,constituting the appropriate policies,creating the nice surroundings.And then we can found the atmosphere where students would like to study,want to study and love study.Thereby,we can carry the point to construct a benign circulation of study. |
