新农村建设背景下新型农民的内涵及培植

在简要回顾社会主义新农村建设历程的基础上,从"能有效地服务于新农村建设"这一时代特征出发,认为新型农民除了"有文化、懂技术"外,还不仅"能创业、会管理"而且要"守法纪、讲文明"。并提出了培植新型农民的一些基本策略:一是,深化基础教育统筹、搭建农业教育平台;二是,增强农民创业能力、提升农民管理水平;三是,树立遵纪守法观念、强化健康文明风尚。

Connotation and Education of the New Type Peasant Under the Background of Constructing a New Rural Area

On the basis of briefly reviewing the course during the construction of a socialist new rural area and starting from the characteristic of the era of being capable of serving the new rural area con-struction,we hold that the new type peasant,besides the fact that they are well educated and have tech-nique background,they should not only be able to initiate business and manage it,but also have to ob-serve the law and behave well.We,at the same time,present some basic tactics which are needed in cul-tivating and educating the new type peasant：firstly,we should deepen the basic education as a whole and construct an agricultural education platform;secondly,we should enhance the capacity of entrepre-neurship and improve the management level of peasants;thirdly,we should set up the concept of law abiding and strengthen the healthily civilized social morality.
