| Abstract: | Independent school is a new thing in our country's colleges and universities,and it has a place in college education.The counselor's work plays an important role in the management,education and future development of students.This article aims at the situation of independent college counselors and the assistant analysis of student autonomy management model under the leadership of the Party and the League in counselor's work,hoping to provide reference for independent college counselors. |
