浅谈对教育教学的认识

教育的目的在于明理,在于"穷理正心,修己治人",在实际教育过程中,人们对个人品德、独立生活能力的关注度应远超过对技术、知识的掌握度。一个人的成长会受到家庭、学校、社会等方面的影响,而前两者对人的影响特别重要,其中,家庭的影响又是最为重要的。作为孩子的第一任老师,父母应以身作则,为孩子树立榜样,不能将希望完全寄托于学校。胎教是家庭教育的开始,从母亲怀孕时起,就要注意胎教,"目不视恶色,耳不听淫声,口不出敖言",良好的家风培养出来的孩子未必绝顶聪明,但一定是人格独立、愿意为社会造福的人。

The Understanding of Education and Teaching

The purpose of education is to make sense,to "correct one’s mind and to cultivate oneself and govern one’s life".In the process of practical education,people should pay more attention to personal character and independent living ability than to the mastery of technology and knowledge.A person’s growth will be affected by family,school,society and so on.The first two are particularly important to people,and family is the most important.As the first teacher of a child,parents should set a good example for their children by setting a good example and not place their hopes on the school.Prenatal education is the beginning of family education.From the time of mother’s pregnancy,we should pay attention to it. "Do not look at evil,do not listen to lewd voices,no words of arrogance." The children brought up by a good family style may not be extremely intelligent,but they must be independent and willing to benefit the society.
