| Abstract: | The makings of Chinese farmers are generally low. This not only is the limit for them to master modern agricultural science and teehnique but also affects the course of reposition of surplus labourers in rural area. Thus the agricultural production and management on a broader scale can not be realized. To promote the makings of farmers is the key to the modernization of Chinese agriculture. |
