摘    要:中国农民素质的低下,就仅制约着农民对现代农业科技的掌握程度,而且还影响着农村剩余劳动力的分流进程,致命农业规模化生产经营难以实现。中国要实现农业现代化,关键是提高农民的素质。

Abstract:The makings of Chinese farmers are generally low. This not only is the limit for them to master modern agricultural science and teehnique but also affects the course of reposition of surplus labourers in rural area. Thus the agricultural production and management on a broader scale can not be realized. To promote the makings of farmers is the key to the modernization of Chinese agriculture.
