| 摘 要： | 应用VB编程技术编写信息卡填写系统，只需写少量几个汉字和数字，便能实现对应汉字、数字、区位码的自动显示和对应信息点自动涂黑，具有各种信息代码查询选择、汉字区位码查询、新建模板和保存打印等功能。
