| 摘 要： | 维护石油安全是各国重要的石油外交目标。中国对石油需求的剧增深刻地改变着世界石油地缘政治格局,中美两大石油消费国之间不可避免地产生着竞争,但在维护石油安全方面,中美两国之间也存在着共同的石油安全利益。中美两国应当进行＂非零和＂博弈,建立基于共同石油利益基础上的新型石油竞争合作关系。
