| 摘 要： | 柔性管理以文化和情感为基础,运用尊重、激励、引导、启迪等方法进行管理,更有利于调动人的积极性。图书馆在应用柔性管理中,应注意采取激发员工成就动机、设置发展目标、制定激励机制、构建评价体系、体现现代管理理念、坚持以人为本等策略。
