The Program of Work in Education Proposed By Mr. Ralf Dahrendorf

The Commission, in organizing its activities, has set up a special department with responsibility for research, science and education. This organizational decision had a political aim. Questions of research, science and education which were previously distinct and scattered throughout various fields are to be brought together and developed as an independent field of a coherent Community policy.
