Break Away From the Restriction of Promotion Rate

In recent days, this newspaper and the Graduate Students Association of the Shanghai Municipal Students' Federation jointly sponsored a symposium on the subject of "Modernization and Education." An intense and enthusiastic discussion was held, among the attendants, regarding the issues of reforming the educational system, the relationship between education and the individual, the topic of "education and the future," and so on.
