中国社会行乞现象片论

我国在社会转型过程中,形形色色的社会问题大量涌现。行乞现象就是一个比较突出的问题。我国针对行乞一般是以政府管制为主,在立法方面多数是行政条例的形式颁布,还没有上升到法律的高度。目前由行乞引发的社会现象是值得深思的,从行乞的现状和原因来论述当前存在的问题,然后再以社会分层理论来分析当今社会的行乞现象,并提出相应改进措施。
