摘    要:当代教育中,教师对待学生特别是差生应是一种什么样的态度,怎样评价他们才有利于他们的进步?针对这个问题,本文引用"九牛之人"的故事,强调欣赏与鼓励的力量。当代教育中要培养的是一个有思想、有能力、有创新精神的人,而不是"高分低能"的人,因此,要全面地评价学生而不仅仅关注学业成绩,这也有利于孩子的全面成长。

Abstract:In contemporary education,how to evaluate students is an important problem.In view of this problem,this paper stresses on the function of appreciation and encouragement by introducing the story of the person with nine oxen.Contemporary education aims to cultivate talents with ability and creative spirit,so the concentration on comprehensive evaluation is helpful for students' comprehensive development.
