摘    要:学校文化作为一种环境教育力量,对学生的健康成长有着巨大的影响。学校文化建设的终极目标就在于创设一种氛围,以期陶冶学生情操,构建学生健康人格,全面提高学生素质。学校的文化分为好多层次,从普遍性(经度)可以分为学生自身形式层次、小组层次、班级层次、学校层次;从学校的角色分类(纬度)可以分为师生、师师、师校、学生自身、学生之间的等形式。我们要把我们的校园文化细分,校园文化建设应该经度纬度兼顾,使学生生活在一个温馨的大网中间,健康地成长。

Abstract:School culture,as a kind of environmental education strength,has a great influence on the healthy growth of students. The ultimate goal of school culture is to create a kind of atmosphere, in order to edify students' sentiment,build the healthy personality of the students,and improve students' comprehensive quality.The school culture is divided into many levels,from universal (longitude) can be divided into their formal level,group level,class level,school level;From the school's role classification (latitude) can be divided into teachers and students,teachers, school and teacher, students themselves,students and other forms. We will make our campus culture subdivision,let students grow healthily.
