警务战术教学如何运用模拟对抗演练的思考

随着社会经济的快速发展,社会治安形势对警务人员的素质和能力提出了更高的要求,如何在警务战术教学中提高警察作战能力成为教学必须解决的问题。而模拟对抗演练有助于弥补传统讲授式教学的不足,能适应目前警务战术教育训练改革的需要,但是由于教学水平的限制,现在模拟对抗演练中还存在不少的问题,这在一定程度上影响了模拟对抗演练的效果,导致受教人员没有得到充分的锻炼。本文根据现有的研究材料,详细分析了模拟对抗演练中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期能够有效地提高警务战术教学水平。

Reflections on How to Utilize Simulated Combat Drill in Police Tactics Teaching

With the rapid development of social economy, social security situation poses higher requirements for the quality and ability of the police,so how to improve the combat capability of the police in police tactics teaching is an imperative problem.Simulated combat drill can make up the disadvantages of traditional instruction and fit for the present teaching reform. Howeverdue to the limitation of teaching level,there exist many problems in simulated combat drill,which influences its effect. Based on the present research materials,the writer detailed analyzes the problems in simulation combat drill, and proposes relevant countermeasures, aiming to effectively improve the level of police tactics teaching.
