| 摘 要： | 班主任是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。在自身工作繁重,才智有限,而学生需求各异的具体教育情境下,善于向哲学家、理论家、心理学家、团体辅导专家以及有经验的学生管理工作者或其他班主任学习,无疑成为提高工作成效的有效途径。
