| 摘 要： | 体育社团是体育事业发展的重要载体,探究体育社团实体化的可行之路,通过对浙江省体育社团实体化较为成功的事例调研,以及国内外体育社团实体化的成功案例分析研究,发掘和借鉴国内外先进的理念和管理手段,成功运行的方式方法,探索具有中国特色的、可行的体育社团实体化发展之路。

| Abstract: | Sports associations are important carriers for sports.This paper explores the feasible avenues for incorporating sports associations.Through case-studying into some successful examples of sports association incorporations in Zhejiang,also using some successful incorporated foreign sports associations as sources of references,the paper explores the advantage concepts,management tools and successful operation patterns from domestic and international sports associations.The goal is to find feasible ways to incorporate sports associations in China. |
